full-time Director, Production Operations (Electronics Test & Integration)
to join our high-performance operations team in
Aurora, Ontario

Reporting to the VP, Operations, you'll lead the charge in driving operational excellence, scaling production capacity, and ensuring mission success across WOLF's defence and aerospace manufacturing programs.

This is a pivotal, on-site leadership role where technical precision meets team development. You'll guide a growing production organization through rapid expansion, building talent, optimizing systems, and ensuring every product that leaves the lab meets the highest standards of reliability and performance.

  • Leading end-to-end production operations:
    Overseeing test, integration, and assembly to deliver world-class products on time and to spec
  • Driving continuous improvement:
    Implementing scalable processes that enhance throughput, yield, and product quality
  • Building and developing teams:
    Hiring, coaching, and inspiring high-performing production staff while fostering a culture of accountability and safety
  • Owning production planning and control:
    Aligning capacity, schedules, and resources to meet delivery and revenue targets

You are a proven production leader with a strong technical foundation in
electronics manufacturing for the defence and aerospace sector
. With
10+ years of progressive experience
in
production, manufacturing engineering, or production test environments
, you bring both hands-on operational expertise and strategic leadership. You have successfully managed multi-disciplinary teams in
high-reliability, low-volume, high-mix electronics environments
, overseeing
test, integration, and assembly operations
with precision and accountability.

Your background includes a
degree in engineering
(
electrical, computer, mechanical
, or related field) or equivalent technical experience. You excel in driving process improvements, meeting production KPIs such as
First Pass Yield and On-Time Delivery
