Batching Technician – CPG / Natural Health ProductsLocation: Pickering, ONJob Type: Hourly, Part-TimeAbout Us: We're a small but growing contract manufacturing company specializing in Natural Health Products (NHPs). We take pride in doing things in a clean, accurate, and efficient manner. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Batching Technician who wants to grow with us as a key member of our production team.What You'll Do:Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to batch records and GMP standards.Keep batching and production areas clean, organized, and well-labeled.Complete documentation accurately and track materials/inventory.Support production scheduling and inventory management.Follow all GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures.Work efficiently and support continuous improvement in our processes.Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth, productive workflow.Schedule:Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)Occasional Friday and/or weekend work as required.Flexibility is important as production needs vary week to week.What We're Looking For:Reliable and consistent — shows up ready to work.Attention to detail — accuracy matters.Clean and organized — takes pride in a tidy workspace.Team player — communicates clearly and supports others.Physically fit — able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.Numbers-oriented — accurate with measurements and inventory.Resourceful — looks for ways to improve efficiency and quality.Experience in batching, GMP, or CPG manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
