We are looking for an energetic and organized Center Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our tutoring center. This is a part-time engagement and requires 4 hours per day, 5 days a week. This role focuses on student enrollment (sales), recruiting and managing teachers, and coordinating students and parents to ensure smooth center operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Student Enrollment & Sales

  • Handle inquiries, parent meetings, and program explanations
  • Convert leads into student enrollments
  • Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets

Teacher Recruitment & Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and schedule tutors
  • Monitor teacher performance and student feedback

Center Operations

  • Manage daily schedules, attendance, and classroom readiness
  • Coordinate between teachers, students, and parents
  • Handle parent concerns and ensure high satisfaction

Marketing & Outreach

  • Support local marketing efforts, demos, and events
  • Build relationships with parents and the community

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2–3 years experience in education, tutoring centers, sales, or operations
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Sales-oriented and target-driven
  • Organized and comfortable multitasking
  • Willing to work evenings/weekends as needed
