Project Supervisor

to lead field operations for our roofing and foundation waterproofing projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to motivate crews, coach foremen, and keep projects on schedule, on budget, and up to Top Notch standards. If you're an organized, people-first leader who takes pride in craftsmanship and accountability, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead project start-ups: review scope, assign roles, and coordinate foremen.
  • Oversee daily jobsite operations to ensure safety, quality, and timelines are met.
  • Partner with the Production Manager to align manpower, schedules, and resources.
  • Support safety initiatives and enforce company safety protocols.
  • Mentor and develop foremen and crew members through clear communication and coaching.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training of new hires.
  • Maintain open communication between the office and field teams.
  • What You Bring
  • Proven experience supervising crews and managing projects in construction or roofing.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills - able to give clear direction and build trust.
  • Organized, adaptable, and proactive when challenges arise on site.
  • Background in roofing or trades (an asset but not required).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
