Events and Marketing Manager

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Events and Marketing Manager to join our team and help lead marketing, event coordination, and promotional efforts for Downtown Windsor's two premier nightlife venues — Disco Inferno and Wild Child Nightlife.

This is a fast-paced and creative position ideal for someone who loves nightlife, events, and social media, and thrives on bringing people together through unique experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute themed events and promotions.
  • Manage and create engaging content for social media channels.
  • Oversee creative design, print materials, and branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with local organizations and student groups for community outreach.
  • Develop and execute venue-wide marketing campaigns to drive attendance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, DJs, and partners to ensure successful event execution.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event management, or nightlife/hospitality.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite).
  • Basic graphic design or Canva experience is an asset.
  • A passion for nightlife, music, and creative marketing ideas.
