We are seeking an enthusiastic People Operations Coordinator reporting into the Senior Manager, People Operations.
If you're driven by optimizing processes and delivering outstanding service, this role is for you. As a key player in managing the Benevity-ite lifecycle, from recruitment through to off-boarding, you'll ensure our people processes and systems run smoothly. This position provides a distinctive chance to engage with multiple departments, including Finance, IT, and Legal, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do:
- Direct Support: Serve as the first point of contact for process and program inquiries, managing and triaging our People inbox, and ensure self-serve resources are current and effective
- Admin & Systems: Manage administration and data for multiple People systems (e.g. Bob HRIS, Greenhouse, DocuSign, Shareworks), prepare employment documents, support payroll inputs, benefits, PEO, and EAP admin.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare recurring reports, and ad-hoc data requests from across the business.
- Program Support: Assist with various People programs, including related to talent acquisition, onboarding, people development, total rewards, and off-boarding processes
What you'll bring:
- Experience with supporting HR processes and programs, being the first point of contact to questions and requests, introducing efficiencies into existing processes and supporting launch of new programs.
- Knowledge of and experience with HRIS platforms, including experience updating employee records, maintaining accurate data, and providing user support.
- Proficiency in the administration of other HR-related systems, including applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse), equity management systems (Shareworks), surveying tools (CultureAmp)
- Data analysis skills, with the ability to manage HR data, generate reports, and do high-level analysis
- Energized in a fast-paced environment where we are continually scaling processes and tools. Agility is critical to success at Benevity
