Trafa Pharmaceutical Inc. is a natural health product manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality health products. We are looking for motivated ON-CALL Packaging Associates to join our growing team and support our packaging line operations in a GMP-regulated environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor packaging line equipment (bottle fillers, stick pack, cappers, labelers, etc.)
  • Perform setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting of packaging machinery
  • Inspect packaging materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Accurately complete production and packaging documentation (batch records, logs)
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular sanitation of equipment and work surfaces
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, deviations, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately
  • Assist with inventory of packaging materials and components
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as part of the production team

Qualifications

  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25–50 lbs as required
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic mechanical aptitude is an asset
