Principales responsabilités :

  • Acquérir de nouvelles relations avec les marchands et faire de la vente croisée avec les clients existants.
  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de portefeuille pour optimiser la rentabilité des marchands.
  • Gérer les pistes et les clients potentiels par le système de relations clients Salesforce.
  • Élaborer des présentations et des propositions spécifiques au secteur à l'intention d'un public interne et externe.
  • Négocier et conclure des ventes en veillant à la satisfaction du client.
  • Mener des actions de sensibilisation par l'intermédiaire de sollicitation à froid et de rendez-vous.
  • Fournir un soutien continu avant et après-vente.
  • Rester informé des tendances du secteur, des prix et du paysage concurrentiel.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour finaliser les accords avec les marchands.
  • Participer activement aux événements et séminaires du secteur afin de favoriser la mise en réseau du portefeuille et sa croissance.
  • Établir et cultiver des alliances stratégiques avec des entreprises de premier plan de l'industrie pour des collaborations et des avancées technologiques.

Qualifications recherchées :

  • De 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans la vente interentreprise, idéalement dans le secteur des paiements, des logiciels sous forme de service, du commerce électronique ou toute secteur connexe.
  • Sens aigu de l'analyse, des finances et des affaires
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication et de négociation (bilinguisme anglais/français de préférence)
  • Expérience confirmée dans le domaine des ventes externes et de la gestion des relations avec les clients
  • Expérience de la gestion de clients commerciaux et d'entreprises de petite et moyenne taille
  • Sens de l'organisation, motivation personnelle et orientation vers les objectifs
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à s'adapter rapidement
