We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst in Ottawa, ON (On-site).
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present Customer Business Reviews to assess performance and drive strategic insights.
  • Conduct monthly Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory analyses and prepare corresponding journal entries.
  • Execute the month-end financial close and data loading process accurately and on schedule.
  • Identify, prioritize, and escalate urgent or sensitive issues to management for timely resolution.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and integrations.
  • Proficiency with data and automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pivot, Power Query, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build complex models and automation solutions from scratch.
  • Strong background in financial analysis or accounting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and integrations.
