RAPS is Seeking a Part Time Home Management Support Worker to Assist an Individual with a Developmental Delay (A7)

Location: South Edmonton

Days: 3- 5 hour shifts between Monday and Thursday

Hours: 12pm-5pm

Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to:Assisting to Organize and Manage Weekly domestic activities such as cleaning and laundry,

Understand and manage her daily finances, making prudent spending decisions, planning household purchases, menu planning, shopping for groceries and cooking.

Providing Employment Supports in consultation with her, her family, and Inclusion Alberta, which will include exploring interests and abilities in relation to work opportunities.

Social connections through (recreation clubs, volunteer interests, associations)

Qualifications and Other Requirements: The successful candidate must have a clear criminal record check containing the vulnerable sector, a class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for client transportation, A steadfast belief and a commitment to inclusion, the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment, be a non-smoker and have the ability to speak clear fluent English.

The Ideal candidate will take on a leadership role and provide weekly updates for goal achievements and progress.

Rate of Pay: $20.00
