Role Description

We're looking for a
full-time, on-site Tier 2 Helpdesk Technician
to join our Saskatoon team.

In this role, you will:

  • Be the go-to technician for escalated support tickets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues
  • Guide clients with confidence and clarity—even when the issue is complex
  • Perform desktop repairs, system diagnostics, and environment tuning
  • Help ensure our customers get the Anchor-level experience we're known for
  • Work closely with our team to strengthen the overall service delivery engine

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong experience in technical support and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with desktop environments, networks, and common business systems
  • Clear, friendly communication—especially with non-technical users
  • Solid organizational skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Certifications such as
    CompTIA A+
    ,
    Network+
    , or similar (asset)
  • Experience in an MSP or IT service delivery environment (asset)
