Director, IT Infrastructure

The IT Infrastructure / Cloud / End User Operations and Support Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing and driving KDN's IT Infrastructure / Cloud / End User Operations delivery and support strategy - ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services, optimizing infrastructure performance, providing efficient end user support, and driving the adoption of innovative technologies (specifically AI) to meet the business's evolving needs.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of KDN's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networks, and data centers.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure 
• Manage cloud-based resources, ensuring efficient usage, cost optimization, and security
• Lead the end user support team to provide timely and effective resolution of IT-related issues
  
• Develop and manage support processes, including incident management, problem management, and change management
• Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals, including Service management administrators, network engineers, system administrators, database administrators and Cloud engineers
• Implement AI-powered automation to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
• Create a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across teamsinclusive language

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, and end user support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of network architecture, cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, and enterprise IT systems.
• Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong project management skills and experience with project management methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
