OpportunityThe Department of Management and Organizations in the School of Business invites applications for at least one (1) entry-level, full-time, tenure-track appointment in Organizational Behaviour at the rank of Assistant Professor, commencing July 1, 2026, subject to final budgetary approval.
The Department of Management and Organizations has 18 full-time faculty and offers Human Resources Management and Management majors, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Property Management minors, in addition to Honours Designations in the Bachelor of Commerce.
You will teach a variety of undergraduate organizational behaviour and management courses (e.g., Contemporary Organizational Behaviour Theory, Managing Negotiation, Business Consulting, Business Ethics), pursue academic and/or community-based scholarship, and work collaboratively to contribute service to the operation of the University
You must have, or be close to completion of, a terminal degree in Organizational Behaviour or a closely related field] and will demonstrate a primary commitment to undergraduate teaching and an ongoing research program.
You will submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, teaching dossier (including recent teaching evaluations), statement of research interests, and sample of scholarly work.
