Role Overview:

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing digital content, and analyzing performance metrics. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to real-world marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Help manage and update the company website and blog.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with team members on brainstorming and creative projects.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to marketing operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in [Language, e.g., English and/or Chinese].
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or content management systems.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a marketing role.
