Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service & Sales Associate located in Mississauga, BC. The Customer Service & Sales Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, processing sales transactions, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Additional tasks include resolving customer complaints, upselling products and services, and collaborating with the sales team to develop new strategies.

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Experience in direct marketing is a plus
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
