As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawyer to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for newly licensed lawyers or recent Bar graduates to gain practical experience and develop expertise in corporate and immigration law within a professional business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal guidance and support on corporate law matters, including incorporations, business compliance, and contract management.
  • Assist with immigration law cases, documentation, and advisory support for clients and internal business needs.
  • Draft, review, and interpret contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and ensure adherence to relevant Canadian laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management and external partners on legal and strategic matters.
  • Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) or any other Canadian Bar Association.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of corporate law and immigration law.
  • Newly called lawyers or recent Bar graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ethical judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple files and meet timelines with professionalism.
