We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Vape store Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong commitment to delivering a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the suitable Vape.
  • Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Process transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with retail sales techniques and strategies for upselling products.
  • Effective phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour
