Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the bar area, managing inventory, and providing excellent service to our patrons.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Manage cash handling processes, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Process RV park and convenience store transactions through the RV park office
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations while serving food items as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a bartending or food service role.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A friendly demeanor with a passion for creating memorable experiences for customers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
