Customer Service Representative – Order Entry

Allied Medical Instruments Inc. is a trusted Canadian distributor of medical consumables, proudly serving emergency medical services (EMS) and other pre-hospital care providers for over 40 years.

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this role is order entry and front-line customer support. As you become comfortable and demonstrate accuracy, additional responsibilities such as invoicing and other administrative tasks will be added.

What You'll Do:

  • Enter customer orders accurately into our ERP system
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with order status and basic product inquiries
  • Monitor and respond to emails in the customer service inbox
  • Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing as needed
  • General administrative support
  • Additional tasks (e.g., invoicing) once trained

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Previous experience in customer service or order entry is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (French and English) preferred, but not required
