Duties

  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Assist in inventory management by reporting any shortages or needed supplies.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance cooking skills and knowledge of food safety practices.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment is essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
