Join Pomerleau as a VDC Coordinator Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting major construction projects across Canada.

What you will do

  • Implement VDC processes and BIM technologies in ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams for requirements analysis.
  • Produce and coordinate 3D models using BIM software.
  • Prepare and present project documentation and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with VDC standards, staying updated on industry trends.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with trade partners, consultants, and clients.
  • Provide valuable assistance to the team, actively contributing to a collaborative office environment.

This role could be for you if you have

  • Enrolled in a relevant degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
  • Proficient in VDC tools, including BIM software.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate versatility and curiosity.

Start date: January 12, 2026 We offer flexible internship durations of 4, 8, or 12 months to support your learning journey. Just a quick note to let you know that we don't offer relocation assistance for internship placements.
