Role Description

We're hiring a Business Development Consultant
to
drive growth across North America
. This
full-time remote role
focuses on building new relationships with
HR and Safety leaders
in mid-size to enterprise organizations throughout Canada and the United States.

As a
quota-carrying BDR
, you will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a mix of
    warm leads
    and
    targeted outbound prospecting
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations
    and product demos
  • Negotiate contracts
    and close deals that create long-term customer value
  • Collaborate with
    marketing and other teams
    to refine sales strategies
  • Maintain a focus on
    customer satisfaction and retention

You'll sell a mission-driven solution
that genuinely helps people
get home safe at the end of the day
, while enjoying
strong marketing support
and the
autonomy of a small but mighty team
.

Required

  • Proven
    sales and business development
    experience, ideally in
    quota-carrying roles
  • Strong account management
    and
    client relationship
    skills
  • Experience with
    contract negotiation
    and
    consultative sales approaches
  • Excellent communication
    and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work
    independently in a remote environment

    safety, compliance, or HR technology
    industries
  • Experience selling to
    mid-market or enterprise organizations
