Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, and will be adept at managing teams, customers and vendor relationships. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project implementation and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
  • Supervise cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and drive project success.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project for tracking progress.
  • Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during project phases.
  • Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee vendor management processes to ensure quality deliverables from external partners.
  • Gather requirements through effective communication with other team members to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Analyze data for informed decision-making and report on program performance metrics.
  • Facilitate presentations to Management and other team members on project status and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program management or related field with a strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in tools such as Asana or such
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising personnel.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with other Team members and management
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, time management, quality management, and risk management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on project goals.
  • Experience in product development and product management is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $30.72-$34.62 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 52 per week
