Your Role

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
  • Collaborate with the team to address social determinants of health
  • Deliver care in clinic, community partner sites, and mobile settings
  • Lead and participate in prevention, screening, and health promotion programs
  • Optional teaching and mentorship for medical trainees

What We're Looking For

  • MD + Family Medicine residency
  • CPSO license + CCFP designation
  • CMPA coverage
  • Commitment to equity-driven, community-based care
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and adaptable in diverse settings
  • Knowledge of the Rexdale Community is an asset
  • Fluency in French, Spanish and/or Arabic is considered an asset

Location: We have 3 sites in North Etobicoke: 8 Taber road, 222 Dixon and 21 Panorama, plus some travel within North Etobicoke on our mobile health bus.

Salary: $182.40 per hour (as per OMA) minus taxes, plus HOOPP & a very generous Benefit and vacation package

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with the occasional evenings to 8pm and Saturdays - Full-time (35 hours) or Part-time or Locum (TBD)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $182.40 per hour

  • Doctoral Degree (preferred)

  • community-based settings: 1 year (preferred)
