What you will do

  • Lead the training, development on, and deployment of advanced machine learning models to enhance our indoor mapping solutions.
  • Architect and manage robust, scalable cloud-based ML infrastructures and APIs.
  • Provide technical leadership to external annotation teams, overseeing data labeling and quality assurance processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ML initiatives with business objectives and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and integrate relevant technologies to maintain our competitive edge.

We imagine you come with

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years focused on deploying machine learning solutions in production environments. (Only experience after ended education apply)
  • Hands-on experience of setting up and/or running an enterprise-grade ML-platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance rapid experimentation with the delivery of production-quality code.
  • Strategic mindset with a proven track record of aligning ML projects with overarching business goals.
  • Expertise in Python programming, particularly in ML and data science applications.
  • Extensive experience in image processing and computer vision, utilizing frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing cloud-based solutions, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and in API development.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
