High-Level Overview
  • We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.
  • Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
  • Your goal will be to ensure that technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage multiple cloud platforms as Jira Cloud, JumpCloud, Azure, O365, Bitdefender, Slack, Jenkins, MS. Teams.
  • Knowledge in Asset management and Inventory tracking.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage tasks & tickets.
  • Knowledge of network and information security methods.
  • Knowledge in Procurement process and IT vendor management.
  • Management of On-Boarding and Off-Boarding process for BL members.
  • Facilitate and coordinate to respond and close audit findings.
  • Schedules regular assessments and testing effectiveness and efficiency of control
Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure software and hardware.
  • Manage network servers and technology tools.
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
  • Experience with databases, Cloud experience, networks, and patch management.
  • Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems, Phishing test) and data backup/recovery.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Conversational level English, excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with security control frameworks, SOC 2, and PCI.
  • Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) administration is a plus.
