Join 4 Season Bagel – Customer Service & Food/Drink Prep Associate

Are you dependable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment? 4 Season Bagel is looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team. We are dedicated to offering a wide variety of freshly baked goods, from breads and bagels to pastries and drinks.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and create a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Fulfill outside vendor orders (UberEats, Skip the Dishes, DoorDash) with speed and precision.
  • Assemble and serve food items (bagels, sandwiches) based on customer preferences.
  • Preparing and serving beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks.

Requirements:

  • Preference to have prior barista experience with the ability to prepare and serve coffee and espresso based drinks
  • 1+ year of experience in the food industry.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Skills:

  • Cashiering: Proficiency in handling cash transactions efficiently.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational: Strong ability to maintain an organized workspace.
  • Phone Etiquette: Professional interaction with customers over the phone.
  • Barista Skills: Proficiency in making coffee and espresso drinks
