As a Global Mobility Specialist reporting to the Global Mobility Lead, you'll play a critical role in managing global mobility programs and influencing policy design, with a strong focus on relocation and compliance across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage global mobility programs with an emphasis on relocation, ensuring seamless employee transitions.
  • Partner with People teams to design and implement mobility policies aligned with talent strategy.
  • Collaborate with global benefits peers to optimize the employee experience across regions.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and social security regulations globally.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to support scalability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in global mobility, including relocation, immigration, tax, and social security.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.
  • Proficiency in mobility platforms and tools; experience with automation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., GMS, PMP).
  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration.
