Tasks

What You'll Be Doing

  • Share, promote and engage in internationally recognized mindset and success education programs
  • Connect with daily inquiries that are motivated and seeking change - taking them through an initial assessment to see if they are aligned with our programming and business.
  • As your team grows you will be supporting team members in achieving clarity, growth, and transformation
  • Engage in regular professional development, live trainings, and global team calls
  • Bring innovation and inspiration to every interaction as you grow your own leadership and business
Requirements

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 5 years' professional experience (in coaching, leadership, teaching, consulting, or related areas)
  • A natural ability to communicate clearly and connect authentically
  • Drive, focus, and personal accountability — you love creating results
  • A genuine passion for helping others realize their potential
  • Comfort working independently in a remote, digital environment
  • Motivation, focus, consistency and a mindful self-awareness
