We're looking for financial service representatives who are passionate about helping people, solving problems, and making every conversation count.Please note this position is a flexible hybrid and you will be required to come into office when determined by your department.What you'll be doing?Provide an excellent customer service to all customers. Propose solutions to customers based on their current financial situation based on in depth financial profiling. Negotiate payments and help set up payment plans when needed. Aid customers in solutions to bring their account into a current status. Negotiate potential debt restructuring with customers when eligible. Assess customers for financial hardship programs where applicable and eligible Discuss settlement's with customers as a last resort option. Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality. Follow Quality guidelines and maintain required documentation Follow guidelines and compliance requirements at all timesWhat you bring to the role;Strong verbal and written communication skillsA passion for delivering great customer experiencesThe ability to receive positively receive feedback and implement changes quickly.Performance with integrityReliability – you're punctual and dependableExperience & Qualifications;Comfortable navigating challenging situationsA strong emotional intelligence.Comfortable navigating under multiple computer applicationsFinancial Literacy is a benefitPrevious call center or financial background is a plus But not a requirement.Job details;-> Hours of operation; Monday – Saturday 7am – 9pm EST and Sunday 1pm - 4pm ESTFlexible hybrid- > $18.00 hourlyReady to Grow with Us?Be part of an award-winning team where your voice matters and your work makes a difference.Gatestone is an accessible workplace.
