In partnership with our client, Groupe Sani-Tech, ZoomHR conducting a search for an Estimator to join their team

Groupe Sani-Tech is a contractor specializing in public, commercial, and institutional construction projects. More specifically, the company manufactures, distributes, and installs architectural products throughout North America.

At Groupe Sani-Tech, we offer a complete range of specialized products to bring functional, durable, and aesthetic spaces to life. With innovative materials and high-performance designs, we offer products that optimize layout, enhance appearance, and ensure the durability of each project.

As part of our expansion into the Ottawa/Gatineau area, this position will be remote until our office is opened in early 2026.

What you will do

  • Interact closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and identify solutions
  • Customer collaboration including taking the lead on sales site visits and communicating with General Contractors
  • Identify and source new opportunities
  • Providing accurate and timely quotations
  • Stay in touch with general contractors to ensure that the bid is competitive, build trust, and offer advice with the aim of increasing the chances of winning the contract.
  • Actively participate in the creation of new partnerships with contractors and architects. Ensure a steady and achievable order book for the project manager.
  • Completing quantity take-offs and reviewing architectural specifications
  • Clear and timely communication with clients -both verbal and written (bilingual)

Successful applicants will require experience in the following areas:

  • Proven sales/estimating experience in commercial construction industry a must
  • 3+ years in estimation experience
  • Possess a valid drivers license
