Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residental and Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of quality for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a car, able to drive, have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service. Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas according to company standards
  • Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow specific client instructions to meet individual cleaning needs
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Skills

  • Custodial experience or background in cleaning is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Experience with commercial cleaning is desirable but not mandatory
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for scheduled shifts
