What You'll Do

  • Provide professional in-vehicle driver training following Young Drivers' proven curriculum.
  • Coach students through their fears, mistakes, and successes with patience and care.
  • Teach defensive driving techniques and real-world safety strategies.
  • Maintain accurate student progress records and lesson reports.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with students, parents/guardians, and office staff.
  • Represent the Young Drivers brand with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Valid Ontario G driver's licence (G2 Exempt).
  • Minimum 5 years of driving experience with your G licence.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a clear Level II Police Check.
  • MOT Driving Instructor Licence (or willingness to obtain one - we can help with training)
  • Flexible availability for daytime, evening and weekend work shifts.
  • Experience in teaching or tutoring an asset.
