Maplesoft Group is currently seeking an Onsite Senior Project Administrator for our Federal Government client in Ottawa, ON.

Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Maintaining and distributing project details (e.g., contact details, organization charts, and specification sheets).
  2. Assisting in the development of plans and projects.
  3. Monitoring progress of plans and projects.
  4. Setting up and maintaining project management tools.
  5. Performing data entry and analysis.
  6. Drafting briefing notes, reports, and presentations.
  7. Assisting the project leader in finding solutions to critical issues.
  8. Preparing project orientation information.
  9. Coordinating training activities for the project team.
