Warehouse Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for a large food distribution company. The ideal candidate has warehouse leadership experience, forklift operation skills, and basic English and computer knowledge. You will lead a team to complete daily picking, packing, loading, and inventory tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff in daily operations (picking, sorting, loading/unloading)
  • Operate forklift to move and organize goods safely
  • Update inventory data using computer systems (Excel or WMS)
  • Ensure food safety and cleanliness in all warehouse areas
  • Communicate with management to ensure accurate and timely order completion

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse leadership or team lead experience
  • Forklift operation skills (license preferred)
  • Basic English communication (read simple documents and system instructions)
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry)
  • Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience; long-term stable position with growth potential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
