Job Summary

As the General Manager of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, developing strategic plans to increase revenue, and leading a high-performing team. You'll play a key role in shaping the gym's growth and success by fostering a culture of motivation, accountability, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed membership and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and retention.
  • Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the gym floor to engage with members and prospects.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment.
