The Opportunity
As a outside territory PSR, you will be responsible for increasing revenues in your assigned region, leveraging existing customer relationships to ensure they are aware of our full products and services, as well as identifying and developing new account opportunities. Your performance will be measured by the degree to which you uncover, quote, and close deals as well as maintain and increase customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in every aspect of sales and account management and further develop their skills within a growing department.
· Manage and grow parts and service on existing accounts.
- Drive new service and parts revenue through the sale of service agreements, attachments, and service jobs within the defined territory.
- Manage the customer experience by ensuring expectations are met increasing overall customer satisfaction levels.
- Develop and maintain relationships through exceptional communication with multiple key personnel at new and existing accounts.
Ideal Candidate
You are a people person; you enjoy working and building meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers. You are capable of working in a demanding and rapidly evolving environment, where duties and tasks may pivot, and you enjoy the excitement of learning new things all while remaining organized and managing timelines. You are competent with Microsoft Office products and have a genuine interest in sales and machinery. You also meet the following requirements:
- Proven ability in sales and account management.
- Motivated and proactive.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and confident on the phone and in person.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), negotiation and phone skills.
- A valid driver's license with clean record (required)
- 1 – 2 years of selling experience, an asset.
