We are a busy cosmetic tattoo and beauty clinic located in downtown Toronto, offering scalp micropigmentation, permanent makeup, and other cosmetic services. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and client-focused Administrative/Personal Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and manage reception duties
  • Schedule appointments by phone, email, and online booking systems
  • Process payments at the front desk
  • Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and clarity
  • Assist with social media tasks
  • Send emails and follow-ups to clients for promotions or reminders
  • Support practitioners in preparing clients for treatments when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, confirmations, and data entry

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 year of administrative, receptionist, or office experience
  • Lives within the GTA
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal English); a second language is an asset
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer-service mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Comfort using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook) is an advantage

Availability

Must be available:

  • Tuesday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 08:00 AM – 3:00 PM

CLINIC CLOSED SATURDAY AFTERNOON/ SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS

Compensation

  • $18/hour base pay
  • Tips & commission bonuses ( Are offered based on performance depending on performance)
