Our Team is growing and iN STUDIO has an exciting opportunity for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join our Team.

In this role, you have the opportunity to work with a team of creative and highly talented individuals in contributing to high-quality interior design projects.

Duties:

·      Manage and maintain comprehensive BIM templates, family libraries, and standardized content for the organization

·      Administer, maintain and optimize project platforms including ACC, SharePoint, and project management tools, with responsibility for system setup, template improvements, permissions, and optimization

·      Develop and implement automations using Clarity tasks to improve workflow efficiency

·      Create detailed BIM Execution Plans for projects

·      Conduct training sessions for staff; teaching best practices, internal workflows and project-specific onboarding

·      Perform advanced model performance analysis and optimization

·      Lead clash detection processes and coordinate interdisciplinary BIM workflows

·      Develop and maintain parametric Revit family libraries and advanced modeling standards

·      Mentor and support design team members in BIM best practices

Qualifications:

· years experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role in building design

·      Expert-level Revit knowledge with 8+ years' advanced BIM modelling and coordination experience

·      Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Architectural Technology

·      Advanced experience with ACC/BIM 360 platform administration and complex project management

·      Expert technical proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office

·      Proven ability to implement BIM standards and workflows

·      Strong investigation, analysis and problem-solving skills

·      Excellent communication and collaborative skills

·      Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex design projects with a high degree of autonomy
