Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice in November 2025. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high-quality services. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about dentistry and committed to ensuring a positive experience for patients.

Duties

  • Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
  • Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays) as required.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and preventive dental practices.
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness in the treatment area to adhere to infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure efficient workflow within the practice.

Skills

  • Proficiency in dental assisting.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.

About Us

At Enamel Dental Centre, we are a well established, non corporate dental practice located in beautiful downtown Penticton, right across from Okanagan Lake. Dr. Marino and Dr. Jung are looking for commitment from a motivated hard working team player that cares about people for a full time permanent position 3 days per week.

We have a great team dynamic with wonderful staff and Dr. Marino and Dr. Jung have been working together for 25 years. We offer competitive wages and a great place to work Dr. Marino and Dr. Jung provide a high tech and progressive office that provides general dental care, surgical implant placement, Invisalign, and all digital toys.
