Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
• Support the kitchen team by leading by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
• Monitor food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute menu items and special promotions effectively.
• Assist in analyzing kitchen performance metrics and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table

• Kitchen Leader: 1-2+ years of proven experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
• Culinary Skills: A solid understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety standards.
• Team Player Attitude: Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for maintaining quality in food preparation and presentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
