The Role
We're looking for a Skid Steer Operator / Right-Hand to work directly alongside our Site Foreman (Excavator Operator) as part of a two-man crew.
You'll assist with a variety of excavation-related tasks, including: Loading, grading, and backfilling operations. Material handling and site cleanup. Trenching, compaction, and prep for concrete or utilities. Supporting the foreman with day-to-day site operations. This is a hands-on, highly involved role — ideal for someone who enjoys being in the thick of the action, operating efficiently, and learning from experienced leaders.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience operating skid steers in civil or residential excavation. Valid BC driver's license (non-negotiable). Must live within the Okanagan Valley (Coldstream to Peachland). Must be comfortable working in a two-man crew under direct supervision of the Site Foreman. Drug-free and safety-focused — zero tolerance policy in place
