Seasonal Associate
- The Seasonal Associate is responsible for the replenishment of merchandise within the store and for maintaining the cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor.
- You will assist customers as needed, delivering a best-in-class consumer experience and contribute to the success of the team and store.
- As a member of our team you should be highly organized, hardworking and enjoy working with a team.
How You Will Make a Difference
- What you will do: You demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, utilizing selling with a genuine passion for the brand, the customer and the product. You will ensure product is always available to the customer and is presented in a compelling way that is consistent with visual guidelines and brand standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom areas.
- How you will do it: By using strong communication skills, you will work collaboratively with your team to achieve store objectives and sales results. You will adhere to policies and procedures, standards and practices and company directives. You will protect company assets and comply with safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs. Report all concerns to management.
- What success looks like: You successfully meet and exceed sales results and business goals by building strong customer relationships to maximize loyalty and continually provide a great consumer experience. You maintain a positive attitude and are flexible to the changing needs of the customer and the business. You model behavior that respects the background, experience and cultural differences of others as part of an inclusive store environment.
Skills For Success
- 0-1 years of relevant retail experience.
- A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in you, your experience and achievements.
- Standing required for entire work shift. Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds (as needed).
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Ability and desire to work as a team player in a flexible environment.
- Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and software programs.

Responsabilités

- Participer à l'exécution et au maintien des directives visuelles et des standards, incluant la présentation des produits, l'entretien du magasin et le réapprovisionnement
- Assumer les fonctions de caissier(ère) au besoin
- Participer aux initiatives de prévention des pertes
- Contribuer à l'entretien visuel et opérationnel du magasin
- S'assurer que les produits soient toujours disponibles et bien présentés selon les directives visuelles, et que le magasin soit prêt à accueillir les clients chaque jour
Qualifications
- Capacité à interagir de manière authentique et confortable avec une clientèle diversifiée
- Disponibilité pour travailler selon un horaire flexible incluant les fins de semaine, les soirées et les jours fériés
- Expérience en vente au détail ou dans un service à la clientèle (préférée)
- Capacité à collaborer, à travailler en équipe et à s'adapter
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
- Connaissance, expérience ou volonté d'apprendre sur les produits, les activités et la communauté liés à la clientèle du magasin
- Souci du détail
- Compétences informatiques de base
- Capacité à se pencher, s'accroupir, atteindre, soulever jusqu'à 50 livres, grimper une échelle et rester debout pendant de longues périodes, avec ou sans accommodements raisonnables
