The Clinic Administrator (Interim / Locum) is responsible for supporting the administrative and billing functions of the clinic.

Duties include: submitting provider service billing and diagnosis codes through Jane, correcting and submitting any outstanding claims, and managing communications with insurance companies regarding patient coverage.

The role involves receiving and sending faxes, processing MSP billing (if applicable), and assisting with ICBC and WSBC paperwork and communications once the clinic is approved, ensuring treatment plan documentation and correspondence are handled efficiently.

Training on software systems and procedures will be provided as needed.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 20 per week
