Annual Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

As a Service Technician at Arjo, you'll be the go-to problem solver—troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining essential mobility equipment right at the heart of care facilities. Your work ensures our products perform at their best, helping people move with confidence and dignity. From residents and patients to caregivers, your impact will be felt every day—because when you support mobility, you uplift lives.

As a Field Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and performing preventative maintenance and repair services at healthcare facilities.
  • Promoting and selling Arjo service agreements and products effectively.
  • Supervising equipment installations and/or performing uncrating and assembly services.
  • Training customer personnel on the proper operation and use of Arjo equipment.
  • Supporting sales efforts by participating in joint calls, in-services, and generating sales leads.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized parts inventory within your company vehicle.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

The skills you will need

  • A degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Experience in field-based electromechanical repair and maintenance.
  • experience providing in-person technical customer service.
  • Proven track record of promoting or selling service products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A talent for identifying customer needs and recommending the right solutions.
  • Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and technical repair abilities.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to customer sites, including occasional overnight stays.
