This is a temporary 12-month position with full benefits.
Reporting to the Lead Recruiter, this role is a great opportunity for a recruiter with a couple of years of experience to take the next step in their career. You'll help build strong teams by connecting top construction talent to meaningful opportunities across Western Canada, supporting Graham and its affiliated workforce partners.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

  • Support hiring for entry-level to mid-level construction professionals who help drive project success across Western Canada
  • Deliver seamless candidate experiences using proven recruitment processes and technology to support operational goals
  • Partner with experienced recruiters, HR Advisory, and hiring managers to fulfill critical workforce needs
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed to build strong candidate pipelines and learn how to adapt outreach strategies to changing market needs

The Right Tools for the Job

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a corporate environment
  • A certificate, diploma, or degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Registered Professional Recruiter certification is an asset
  • Bonus if you've supported hiring in construction or related industries - but not required
