Accounts Payable Clerk (Full-Time, Permanent) Location: Edmonton Corporate Office We are currently hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting and Finance team.  This job is 100% worked in-office (no work from home or hybrid work). Join us and experience the difference—because running isn't just an activity, it's a lifestyle.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure accuracy and completeness of invoices by matching them with purchase orders and delivery receipts.Review, input, and complete payment cycle for various vendor invoices, including quick pay vendors. Analyze, code, enter and prepare cheques for Race expenses.Process expense reports and invoices through SAP/Concur.Process, match and code property administration, repairs and maintenance invoices and utility billings.Process vendor payments by cheque, EFT and Bill payments online.Reconciliations such as vendor/supplier statements.Prepare month-end accounting accruals.Respond to inquiries from external and internal sources.Other related duties as required.Skills and QualificationsCompleted or enrolled in an accounting certificate or diploma or have equivalent experience.Proficient at problem solving and attention to detail. Experience with MS Office.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work in a team environment.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP or other accounting software is an asset.CompensationRunning Room offers competitive wages with a comprehensive benefits package and employee discount program.
