  • Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to prepare and deliver technically sound proposals and quotations.
  • Assist in maintaining the commercial pipeline and forecasting through CRM's and ERP systems.
  • Communicate with customers from inquiry through project delivery and after-sales follow-up, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
  • Identify and support opportunities for service programs, spare parts, and long-term customer partnerships.
  • Representing company at customer meetings, plant visits, and selected industry events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in capital equipment, automation, or transformer-industry commercial roles.
  • Direct experience within a transformer manufacturing environment, with understanding of coil winding, core cutting, insulation, and assembly operations.
  • Strong technical literacy—able to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and production specifications.
  • Proven success managing long-cycle, high-value industrial projects.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout North and South America as required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) preferred.

Ideal for individuals currently in technical or application engineering roles who want to expand into a broader commercial position.
