Are you a talented individual with a proven track record on executing project deliverables?

Our Integration & Separation Services team in Toronto is looking for a professional like you with the skills and drive to make a real difference. As a Senior Consultant you will work as part of a collaborative team to help our clients solve some of their most difficult problems.

What you will do

Support our clients in delivering value from their transactions, by working on engagement teams:

Integration

  • Support pre deal due diligence and provide strategic advice to Executives on the Integration Risk
  • Help set up and manage an Integration Management Office
  • Develop a target operating model to outline how the merged company will operate post transaction.
  • Assist the client to develop detailed integration plans.
  • Offer change management support and advice.

 Separation

  • Support sell side due diligence.
  • Help develop the operating model for the separated business and remaining business.
  • Actively participate in negotiating key transaction commercial terms
  • Assist with drafting deal documents.
  • Develop detailed separation plans.
  • Set up and manage a Separation Management Office
What you bring to the role
  • An inquisitive, investigative, and digital mindset to test our clients' thinking on their biggest challenges.
  • Solid business acumen, including problem solving, lateral thinking, and financial literacy.
  • A high degree of comfort with ambiguity to deliver value within transformation programs.
  • Ability to quickly build effective working relationships.
  • A degree e.g., Engineering, Finance and Accounting, Operations related having a MBA, CPA, CFA an asset, or similar qualification.
  • Ideally exposure in any of the following areas: mergers and acquisitions, consulting, audit, or private equity
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and in collaboration as part of a team
