Optometric Patient Care Team Lead

We are searching for a new Team Lead for our Uptown Optometry practice.

Consider joining our caring and dedicated office team in Saint John's top rated optometry practice. Brown and Associates has a long history of providing excellent patient care in a large practice located on Germain Street in Uptown Saint John. The practice has 5 doctors and a team of 14 employees.

Our new Team Lead will be responsible managing for the following areas:

  • All patient communications for exam booking and recalls
  • Maintaining patient privacy standards
  • Patient reception and telephone communication
  • Collection of patient information and patient history
  • Accurate validation and input of Insurance billings
  • Managing patient payments and accounts receivable
  • All patient diagnostic screening and testing
  • Data entry, accurately completing all daily reports

Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must. An ideal candidate has leadership experience and is self-motivated to grow and learn.
